Unidentified Jaycee-Ette member hands a small award to Marion Tschischeck, who joined the Martin County Health Department in 1957 as a staff nurse and retired as supervisor of nurses in 1968 before joining the faculty of St. Joseph College. Tschischeck invented the C-Better, a clip-on magnifier for syringes. -
