Built in 1943 by the Army Corp of Engineers to serve as the Martin County Service Club. After the war, the building was purchased by the City of Stuart and served as a community recreation hall and civic center. In 2023, it is the Flagler Center of Stuart, 246 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart.
