The home of Stuart attorney, T. T. "Ted" Oughterson. Prior to Oughterson's purchase of the home, it was used as the Dunscombe packing house for the Phoenix Fruit Company.
Description written on back of photo reads "F. E. C. [Railroad] Bridge looking north from draw bridge tender, Fred Black, home." Fred Black served as the draw bridge operator in Stuart for many years. Fred Black was also a local fisherman of note and the father of this collection's donor, Virginius Black.
