The A&P occupied this store space between 1933 and 1945. Henry A. Kindred (1885-1969) was manager of the A&P in the Osceola Building from 1935 to about 1944. He later opened another grocery, Kindreds' Superette in 1948, which was a very successful business with multiple locations until the mid-1960s.
